Courtney Conway named Harvest Ridge Elementary Assistant Principal

The Francis Howell School District announced Courtney Conway as the new assistant principal at Harvest Ridge Elementary School, effective July 1, 2024.

Conway is currently serving as a teacher for the Special School District at Old Bonhomme Elementary in the Ladue School District. She has been supporting students in the classroom for the last 12 years.

Conway participated in the Special School District Leadership Academy during the 2016-2017 academic year. This intensive program was designed to hone the leadership skills of select educators, preparing them for high-stakes roles in challenging environments.

In February 2018, Conway received the Excellence in Education Award from the Ladue School District. This award is a testament to her innovative teaching methods, commitment to student success, and leadership qualities.

Conway says she is excited to join the team at Harvest Ridge Elementary.

“I am eager to build strong relationships with our students, staff, families, and community,” said Conway. “Together, we will collaborate to support the growth and well-being of every student!”

Conway earned a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Maryville University.
